By accessing or purchasing from www.calmsky-shop.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Site is operated by CB Confluence Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We sell the CalmSky Pebble (a personal wellness device, $99 USD) and the "CalmSky Flight Guide" digital ebook ($39 USD). All products are intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice.
1.3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
1.4 Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept payment via Shopify Payments (including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay) and PayPal. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Your order is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
1.5 Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including images, text, logos, the "CalmSky Flight Guide" ebook, and product designs — is the property of CB Confluence Ventures LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CB Confluence Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 CalmSky Pebble Device — 30-Day Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your CalmSky Pebble arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible: contact us within 30 days of delivery, provide clear photo or video evidence of the defect or damage, and include your order number. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You do NOT need to return the item.
Refunds are NOT available for: change of mind, misuse, or damage caused by the customer.
3.2 "CalmSky Flight Guide" Ebook — No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the ebook, all ebook sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or made accessible. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge you are buying a digital product and waive your right to a refund.
Exception: if the file is corrupted or inaccessible due to a technical error on our end, we will re-deliver the file or issue a full refund.
3.3 Bundle Purchases
If you purchased a bundle (device + ebook), the refund policy for each item applies separately as described above.
3.4 How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@calmsky-shop.com with: your order number, a description of the issue, and photo/video evidence (for device claims). We will respond within 2 business days.
4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Where We Ship
We currently ship to: United States (USA), United Kingdom (UK), Australia, New Zealand, and Canada.
4.2 Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
4.3 Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
· USA: 8–14 business days
· UK: 10–16 business days
· Australia: 10–16 business days
· New Zealand: 10–16 business days
· Canada: 10–16 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
4.4 Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
4.5 Customs & Import Duties
International orders (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada) may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
4.6 Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@calmsky-shop.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
4.7 Digital Products
The "CalmSky Flight Guide" ebook is delivered digitally via email immediately after purchase. No shipping applies.
